Replying to What the Hell is this damn Boxbe waiting list?

I've started using Gmail as my main email account, but I'm starting to regret it now. Every important confirmation email or basically email that I'm waiting for, goes into this Boxbe waiting list and not into my Inbox. So I'll be waiting for a particular email, and it never shows up in my Inbox. Now I discovered that they all ended up in this damn Boxbe waiting list. What the Hell is this crap and can I disable it? If its Gmails way of filtering out spam, it's not very good considering every important email I receive ends up in this Boxbe waiting list.
