Just wondering if anyone knew anything about Freeski Brands/Causwell's shipping. I ordered a jacket a week ago and when I go to track the Order Details it said it hasn't gotten past the Invoice stage. I've called a few times and sent an email but so far nobody has replied.
I've heard that they have great customer service and I'm really stoked on my jacket, but I just want to know what's up with my order.
