While "just send it son" is definitely good advice, here's a bit more.
If you've got your backies dialed on your little poppy booters, you should have no problem bringing them to the park if they've got some decent jumps. Make sure to find a jump you feel comfortable with before just sending it recklessly. Give it a few straight airs so you're comfortable with the pop and the airtime - chances are it'll have less pop than your handmade booters, but you might be in the air for a longer time. Both things you might have to compensate for a bit.
After that, send it son!
