Bring a helicopter. I never hit urban without one. Never know when you need to make a quick getaway. I'm not saying it isn't possible to hit urban without one but you're living risky as fuck at that point.

In all seriousness bring a piggy sniffer (AKA a cop radio) if you can get access to one. A buddy of mine lent me his for the night whenever we'd head out and its saved us twice.

If you would like to get a half decent shot then no, also it looks cooler to watchers. But with a tripod, downrail, and a big mound of snow to get speed then yes it is possible.
