Not sure if i'd consider that a bio... i dunno its a very strange rotation, its like he wanted dub flat 10 but threw it super flat spin ish,

Nope - it's a double. Look at the last frame on the first angle just before it cuts to the second shot. Just as he's coming around to five his head and torso are pretty much vertical as he brings it round. You can see the same thing on the second angle- at 5 he's back on a vertical axis ready to go off axis again for the final 5.

It's an unusual and sick rotation, but it's a dub.

somewhere in between a dub and single flat. you have to remember that bios and flat spins are almost the same trick. Like the difference in the take off on a bio 10 and flat 10 is very very minimal.
