10 years = veteran status. 10+ year members should get a purple heart or something next to their username.


I started lurking summer of '07 and finally sacked up and joined just before the 09 season kicked off. I love having watched NS evolve over the last half decade or so. I can't imagine having seen it grow from its really early stages.

I appreciate lurkers - they learn the rules to the road before they get the chance to repost, make a stupid comment, or get trolled by Ar6/skiierman. If it were up to me, members would have a mandatory lurking period between signing up and being able to post.

I'll hit 10 years on this account in april. I had a previous account that got banned I made jan 2004 so I'm pretty close, I came on NS around this time of year 2003 to watch my friends videos so pretty much there.
