Binding DIN self-Adjustment

I searched an couldn't find anything on adjusting DIN yourself...i remember seeing something not long ago but couldnt find it.
Anyway, I am due to go to japan for a ski trip in Feb. The last time I skied was in June. Since then I have become heavier and now weigh 79kg. I was about 74-75 in june. I'm thinking of increasing my DIN from 7 to about 8 or 9.
My question is, is it crucial that a tech handles DIN adjustments? Can I do it since it's only 1 or 2 increase?
Bindings are Look Pivot 14.
Help appreciated

Everyone on here is going to tell you to take them to a shop to get them done.
Frankly I'd ride em at 7 (not THAT low), and if you keep pre-releasing turn em up 1 or 2 until you get to a nice point. As long as you're not jumping to like 12 you'll be fine.
****I'm not responsible if you hurt yourself because of the above comments. Adjust at own risk or take to a shop. :)

:) thanks man. I might just leave them and if I do pre-release I'll just let a tech in Japan adjust it I guess. thanks
