so most newschoolers members are in the age range of 15-24 years old, with some early and prominent members in their late 20s even 30s im sure.
so in 10 years this group will be 25-34 (math).
question: do you think the same group will be present and thus the general maturity of the website will increase / benefit? or do you think when you get to be around 25 you are done with internet message boards and the general age will continue to be in that tweenager range, thus keeping the goofiness / often naiive theme of this website.
we're in that first aging internet generation so there isnt much to go on in guessing. But i think (despite a few annoying kids who like to spam bullshit), there has been a noticable increase in maturity.
compare today's threads to threads from 3 years ago, or for example the 2010 hype over the jiberish ignant vest which is obviously one of the ugliest pieces of crap ever designed, yet attracted so much attention just because it was 'cool'. seems like the objective value of things is receiving a much more accurate representation - possibly because of us maturing.
anyways, i dont like making dorky threads like this, but im curious
