Replying to Got Winch?

Winches have always been a luxury item for people within the urban skiing world because of their high price and the invention of banshee bungees. But even though Banshee bungees are a close second they don't come close to the unbeatable ease and consistency of speed that a winch offers. Recently I was watching Je Vais Au Reve the film by Awone films and as seen here at 14:48, Awone have been able to make a winch out of a pocket bike. I was wondering if anyone else has done this? what kinda bike do you need? How much horsepower, speed, etc, and what are the advantages & disadvantages of using a pocket bike as a cheap alternative?
