That's actually what the biggest skiing in america pass has been for a few years now. I've heard that next year the price might drop a bit since people won't have Moonlight as a cheaper option and they'll lose business if they keep the price so dang high.

This. Brightons park crew consists of only snowboarders and won't allow skiers to be on park crew either. Also the mass packs of snowboarders makes me want to die, parents bringing their children in the park, and needing to buy a seperate 20$ pass every year to be able to hit the jump line

my park crew is a posse of snow boarders and always find a way to fuck up a cool feature
more boxes than rails
mtn deciding to have not one, but two half pipes as the main feature of their park

actually got pulled over by a yellow jacket for speeding at keystone below the park... and by pulled over I mean he chased me all the way down to the base

really chaps my ass how they cater towards the shitty gapers and punish people who are actually good

The fact it has only 12 runs and takes about 15-30 seconds to get down every run, and the park used to be horribly maintained and set up until me and my friends took over park crew.

overpriced food
we have a really good park but its all built by and for the skaters who live in the hippy ass college town of Boone, NC.
only around 2 skiers in park crew (but the park manager is a skier and the snowboarders in the park crew are pretty chill I guess)
a strange infestation of Indian people who swarm my hill in NC for whatever fucking reason
overpriced food again
another infestation of racers
infestation of racers in the park
infestation of spoiled, gaper, racers buying the skis I was saving up for in the shop
infestation of kids asking me why my poles are so short and if I have trick skis

ski patrol isnt really a problem, since we only have 200ft of vertical and all manmade snow, every time it snows over 6 inches even they go off into the trees and all the restricted areas.

How I almost get my pass clipped when I hike the lower rails in the park because it's "dangerous" since it is a "merge zone."

9 runs 300ft of vert and quite literally over 2500 ski group gapers every Friday- Sunday
I teach there and get 50+ brand new skiers to teach. They also rarely make snow and tear down the jumps for snow instead

My resort puts in a brand spankin new high speed lift on the side of the mountain no one skis on instead of putting it where the park is.
Putting the park right under the beginner lift so those gapers are right nice and close

1 run, 590ft long (can't find the verticle, it's not much though...)

park only 3 days a week

$30/2hrs

x 2/3 membership = $20/2hrs

x 3 days = $60/wk

~30 weeks a year = $1,800/year

+$150/year membership

$1,950/year.

You're so far below my level.

the fact that the park is now on the shortest run there is because the racers decided they needed a third fucking run to train on

also people trying to ski outside their ability (ie in the park) and causing accidents

also asshole instructors who think they own the mountain
