I think the best way to get there is to pay $600 for a cat ski adventure from Alta up grizzly gulch. If you tip the cat driver he'd prolly bring you right up to the kicker.

However, as mentioned a few posts back, the best reason to go there is certainly to teach your 3-yr old how to ski on the landing. there is no better pitch in the rockies for this. so epic. Now I can't wait to have a kid.
