Replying to Essay review

I need a couple people to review my paper. I got a B+ on that last one, but for some reason im struggling with this. It's about Walmart and quality reduction. It's only 3 pages and it's a pretty rough draft. it needs to be 4-5 . Any comments on grammar, organization, or anything in general will be appreciated.
