Bindings: STH vs. mojo vs. FFG vs. PX12

alright, so evo is having a solid sale, and i can get sth 12s, mojo 12s, FFG 12s, or px12s for all around the same price. which one is best? i usually ride around a 9/10 DIN so i figure i could get away with 12s, since for some reason all the next higher bindings are all like 100 bucks more. these will go on a 97 waist rossi scimitar, which will be used for 95% east coast park, 5% groomers.
thanks!

Those are all comparable.. Only go with the STH/FFG if it has the driver toe (the pointier one). I personally like the PX12 - I used those until I needed a higher DIN binding and never had a problem.

i was leaning towards the mojos, since i have only heard good things about them. i have used px12s/14s for the past like 8 years, and they have also served me well. the STH and FFG are not the driver toe, however.

I've had mojos on 4 pairs of skis, including scimitars! All were Mojo 15s from a few different years and I never had one complaint. I will keep on buying. PS, ive had px, griffons, and jester pros for comparison.

You're welcome, I'm really in no place to answer that question since I use the 15s. I am 6'2" 185. The 12's might feel a little cheaper than the px14s though.

Yerp they are.
The only thing you need to think about is strength of bindings, riding a 9/10 din means you can pretty much get away with anything from 12-18 din as you fit on most din scales.
obviously with the higher din bindings you are paying for how solid they are. You would probably get away with 12's for park but i mean i dont know how you ski. I did explode a pair of px18s landing switch in the park.. after that would never buy the px range.

yeah, i just know that it isn't good to ride a 12 din on a 12 din max binding.
thanks for the pointers though

how much are they? if you want something a little beefier you can usually find mojo 15's for around $150 on ebay or what not. otherwise i would agree with the others on avoiding the non-driver sth's
