Cat skiing

hey NS I have a business plan do to for school about starting a business. Growing up on the east coast, i've always wanted to go cat skiing, so I decided that it would be a good opportunity to explore what is cat skiing. For this project that will be presented in a shark tank/dragons den form. The only problem is that I'm not sure what are the requirement of starting this type of operation, but mostly how to get the terrain to start this business. Like always karma will be given.

If you're going to start a cat skiing business the best place to start one is in British Columbia.

It is easier to get a tenure on crownland in BC, than it is to get a tenure on land in the US. From here on out to get a tenure you have to create a business plan and move it forward with to Forestry BC and the Resort Development Board of BC.
