If you could change any law....

I have a speech this friday on a policy change. That means I can do a speech on changing a old dumb law or creating a new law. For example I could do changing the drinking age in the U.S. to 18 or legalizing weed.

so the question is.... if you could create or change any law what would you do?

I don't think legalizing crack amd meth would really benefit society. The type of brutal competition surrounding these markets is illegal in the developed world anyway
