Replying to TREW kicks ass

Hey NS,

Trew makes dope shit. I've had the Bellows jacket for two goin strong on three seasons and its been the best coat I've ever had, by a huge margin. it is super light and keeps you incredibly dry. Like, it sucks the sweat off you. Its crazy. Plus the pockets fit more beers than you can drink.

I had the Eagle pant from the season after, and it had some minor defects. Nothing that affected the ski-abilty, but things that shouldn't happen on a garment of this caliber. I spoke with them during the season and they were already aware of the issues I was having and were ready to make it right. Fast forward to this month. I finally get around to sending my pants in, like a total joey, at the beginning of the season, when everyone is super busy, and less than a week later there was a new pair of Eagles on my front porch.

Hats off to Trew for straight kickin ass on all fronts! Phenomenal product and customer service to match. Highly recommended!

PS, I purchased said pants at Aspen Ski and Board, and anyone in the midwest should get their gear there, for real.
