Moguls, the final frontier

so i think moguls are the only aspect of skiing i'm not god-like at, and therefore it's time to learn to do them amazingly

im not looking to put time, effort, or training into this... i just need the esteemed scholars of NS to tell me, in TWO SENTENCES MAX, what the key to moguls is

whatever way helps you conceptualize doing moguls well, please share. thank you and i will see you on the moguls world tour

I decided to take I. That challenge last season, it's hard but I just spent a couple yay doing it and got better plus they'r fun as hell

Follow a mogul skiier that is much better at it than you.

You will be able to watch what you are supposed to be doing while you are actually skiing moguls.  And your natural competitiveness/pride in wanting to keep up will help you ski your best and push yourself.

Skiing alone in big moguls can get disheartening when you lose your grove and make some bad turns you'll probably bail and take a break and start up again another person makes yuo keep pushing yourself.

Second best part of skiing bumps... Eating shit (as long as you're fine afterwards) I don't really fall anywhere else so it's kind of... I dont even know... Refreshing?? To go for a tumble now and then.

1)Pretend you have a glass of water on your head, and you cant let it spill
2)Look 2 or 3 mougals ahead
3) It helps to ski the line slowly first, to get the feel for ruts and icy spots
4)Practice and experience

It's the second best type of falling on skis next to falling in powder and not getting hurt. Especially if it's spring and the moguls are soft.

It's all about getting the rhythm down. Your eyes are going to be a few moguls ahead of where you are. Definitely gets tough once you pick up some speed.
