Help! Marker free 10 mounting question

So i bought my girlfriend a pair of new skis and binding and was mounting when I ran into a problem... I was using a template for a Jester/Griffon and realized the heel screw holes aren't the same. Is the Free 10 not the same as other bindings in the Royal Family or did it mess up printing? I had no problem with the toe pieces?

I would definitely bring that to a shop. Those paper jigs are not good to begin with and if your doubting weather you even have the right paper jig, sounds like you should just get a shop to do it.
Nothing is worse than a messed up mount.

ya, pretty sure free 10 is different from royal family, I would try to find a better paper jig, maybe one with a ruler on the page too so you can check the scale. TGR has a lot of good templates to download. The first mount I ever did was free 10's and I made my own jig by tracing the binding, super ghetto and I don't recommend it but they are holding strong three years later...

Yeah the free is the old style hole pattern with 2 closer at the front and 2 wider at the back. The royals all use a rectangle hole patern where all the holes are even width. You will need an old style marker template, but really take it to the shop you got them from and get it done perfectly.

you will need the jig for the compact heel
