The way the tor network works, there is no possible way that the government can continuously monitor their activities. There's nothing stopping people from restarting silk road and still no way you can get caught as long as you dont provide an email lol

-it's against best practices to send addresses/sensitive message w/out PGP

-purchasing BTC is not illegal and is not in any way related to drug possesion (likely charges if caught)..likely wouldn't be evidence in event of LE involvement

-USPS needs a search warrant to open any packages (needs drug dog to signal on package)....basically mylar barrier bags prevent this

- Doesnt need to be illegal to raise flags and put you under observation, buying large amounts of bitcoin from local transfer locations will do exactly that.

- FIrst, not all vendors even use USPS (I've had UPS) and they dont need to open the package to catch on. When they bust John Smith from Santa Maria, Oregon for selling or receiving a kilo of heroin, you dont think other locations receiving similar packages are going to be marked?
