115 will fit yes. technically you could bend the 90 to fit but i have just found when i get brakes bent they dont work as well as they should and unless its a really good job i sometimes find my brakes catch on each other.
They will. You may need to bend them out slightly. I've got 90mm on 90mm and I found that when i put skis together they were hard to take apart. I bent them out a bit and theyr fine now
They're a solid binding, you'll enjoy them! And yeah, you could bend the 115's to fit the 117 waisted skis no problem but you will likely encounter issues trying to bend the 95's to fit a 117 waisted ski. Where the brake arms end would likely be too close to the ski's width and it would just end up being an awkward, ugly, and eventually frustrating setup.
