This is a thread to share the most trouble you've been in; the story, the consequences, lesson, etc.

Now, I've never gotten into much trouble, but here's a story from today that happened to my friend, though I was not a part of it, I did witness it.

So me and my friend -we'll call him "Billy" just for NS purposes- were hanging out today. Now, this friend Billy has a girlfriend from a few towns over that he talks to 24/7. For the most part, I'm not sure what they talk about, but I know that he was extremely embarrassed when he got his phone confiscated in school and the teacher saw the texts he got from her. Well, anyways, back to the story, so I was just chilling with him, and suddenly he gets a call from his dad. He stepped aside, and started talking to him. Now, at the time I had no clue what it was about, but I could tell by the sudden shift in Billy's face that it wasn't good news. It turns out that his girlfriend's extremely overprotective dad had seen their "chats"- there was the "questions" game where you ask extremely sexual questions to the other person, some videos, and some pictures. Unfortunately for Billy, his girlfriend's dad was not happy about this. Infact, he was fuming. The dad found out the phone numbers of Billy's parents and immediately called them, screaming threatening to sue. So Billy's there, talking to his dad on the phone, nearly in tears. He had to go home and face the consequences.

The consequences-

no phone for life, or until he shows that he deserves it back
no more seeing his (ex?) girlfriend, curtesy of the overprotective dad
-1000 trust points from parents
eardrums blown out from being yelled at so loud

Bottom line is: Don't text anything to somebody if you wouldn't want their parents to see it, especially if you're in the middleschool to highschool time period. And also always delete your texts....

tl;dr my friend sent no-no things to his gf and overprotective dad found her phone and got super pissed.

i guess we never ended up getting in trouble but me and some buds were camping this summer when we found a jerry can full of gas on the beach. we brought it back to my friend's cabin and labeled it the party fuel. anyway we were all piss drunk and got the absolutely retarded idea to fill shot glasses up with gas and toss it on the fire. so we did and i don't know what happened but the shit pretty much exploded and when i looked down the half full jerry can was completely on fire. so we all freaked out thinking it was gonna explode (even though it probably would have since it was really just the fumes that were on fire) and i ended up smothering it with a towel. apart from my safety the only thing i was thinking about the entire time was the shit we would be in if we started a forrest fire. later i found out that one of my friends just sat back and snapped pics of the entire incident. still the stupidest thing i have ever done. the neighbours heard the commotion and told my buddies dad, who owns the lot, what had happened. guy wasn't too impressed.

ooo going to boarding school for 2 years there's a lot of stories to tell. Tomorrow I'll throw a few out there.

Here's some small time trouble i've been in however. Once, when my family was on a ski trip to idaho, we were staying in a hotel overnight. My brother, probably 7 at the time, was standing on a solid 7 ft tall ledge. I told him to jump and i'd catch him. I didn't think he'd actually jump but he did, full spread eagle superman dive. There was really no way i could catch him cause i was pretty small too. He ended up wrecking his face on the hotel floor.

In my old house we had laundry chutes. one day i had this girl over (i was probably 10) and i decided to impress her by throwing all the utilities in my house down the laundry chute about 4 floors. Big mistake.

Two Things:
So Im at college back home and me and my roommate and my other friend decide to go twist up in the car somewhere. My roommate is already on probabation for drug related charges. Before we smoked we went out drinking but I only had one mixed drink so I drove. We find a spot pull over start twisting up (should have done that first) when lights suddenly flood everything from behind us. Cops! So homie tosses everything out but they come to check on us and it turns out he has a hige knife on him which is illegal and hes on probabation. So he tells the truth and says hes drunk, I lie and say I didn,t have any and luckily they did the eye test not the breathalyzer or else I might have been fucked. They also spend about an hour trying to get me to consent to a search and seizure in various tricky ways but luckily I live in a small town so cops are both more stupid and slighlty more forgiving. So the cops let me and my friend walk, but I hav to go bail my roommate out and it takes a whole week. Needless to say we didnt chill much after that.
Also accidently hit my friend in the head with a bbgun.

bought a cheap .22 over the summer after my freshman year of college. i didn't want to take it back to school with me so i left it with my 16 yo brother. he ended up misfiring it inside the house and shot out a window. the parents were beyond pissed. could have ended very badly but thankfully it was just a window.

I think it was summer between grades 11 and 12, blazing with a buddy in my car in the local recreational area parking lot, middle of the night, cops show up.

Got sent to ADAC for that, good use of taxpayer money lol. Funny thing is my buddy got ADAC and community service, and we were in my car. Guess I'm just good at sucking up like a little bitch when I need to.

Grade 12 right around December I got a vaporizer, I thought I was invincible. The buddy in the first story and me thought it would be a great idea to try it out in the school bathroom, we were wrong. As we were coming out of the bathroom the vice principal was walking in and he confronted us about the smell. I bolted and ditched my stuff in an alley a couple blocks away, and figuring they already knew who I was (my buddy didn't run) I came back to face the music. They brought a cop in because I ran, and forced me to escort them to where I had stashed my shit.

Over $200 worth of gear lost. But on the bright side they let us write our exams that upcoming week and our suspension started the first day of new classes after Christmas break. So basically it was a 5 day extension to our holidays, thanks for the extra ski days Henry Wise Wood!

Tl;dr: Drugs are bad mmmkkay.

Boarding school. Personally I know a lot worse stories than i actually have of mine. and I can tell ya'll those if you want. But here some of mine:

Last day of my junior year, we threw a few printers and microwaves out the window of the 4th story of our dorm. The night guard immediately shined his light on to the ground where the printers fell, and we all sprinted to our room. My room happened to be right below where we threw the printers, so the night guard came to my door right as i was going to get water. He had a 10 minute questionaire for me, while i was butt ass naked the whole time. We never personally got in trouble but there were consequences for the floor.

None of the stories really seam like a lot of trouble unless you go to boarding school..

In 7th grade my math teacher and a student were talking about world of warcraft. Without even considering what I was about to say, I looked up from my work and said, "you guys are such faggots, talking about world of warcraft." I immediately regretted that. Got sent to the principal's office and got sent home from school for the rest of the day as a suspension. Pretty low consequence seeing as I called my teacher a faggot to his face, in front of a whole class.

In high school, some friends of mine and I got very drunk and high. Being a shitty place with nothing to do, we decided to walk down the street to the local country club and break into the outdoor pool. Long story short, we never made it to the pool. We proceeded to break into the golf card shed and take all the carts and push them into a lake on the first hole.

I was maybe 8. My dad worked at a bank in San Mateo, and he was making some photocopies for me in his office. He came home, and forgot them. We went back after dinner to retrieve my homework. I just had to go play in the vault! But there was a slight problem ... the bank was closed, and the vault locked.

I KNOW!! I will turn this dial ... say the magic words ..."OPEN SESAME!", and just like magic the door will open! Nope ... all that happened was the alarm went off. My dad was really mad! I had to explain my actions to the SMPD that night, and to my dad's boss the next day.

I was grounded for a month ... no bike riding, TV, or anything!

I am sure there were others ... like plumbs in pools, but that was the biggest ... I think!
