Will Canon Release An Updated 6D To Compete With The New Nikon D610?

Nikon just recently released the D610, an updated version to the entry level full-frame D600. So, will Canon release a 6D MK II or something to compete with the D610?

Seriously? The d610 is just an 'improved' sensor to fix the oil spotting issue, its identical to a d600 in performance...

There is some minor improvements, but the D610/D600 still beats out the 6D imo

what do you want from the 6d/the price range that wouldn't cannibalize the 5d3?
