Full tilt buckle problems

Hey can anyone help me with some buckle problems. Just got a pair of used full tilts and they are amazing except one of the buckles never wants to move. Is there any tricks besides wiggling it or replacing it to make it easier to move

The teeth on the track could be worn down, or the buckle is just broken. You might need a new buckle. I have had my FT's for two years and I have replaced two buckles, and another is broken.

If you replace it, look for old Riachle Flexon Buckles, thats what I did.
