Replying to Centrally Mounted Skis

BBak:
Hey, I'm new to this place but not new to skiing. I have been skiing for over 7 or so years and last year was my first year really focusing on learning how to ski in the park. At the end of last season I got my line masterminds remounted because I noticed how most people had their skis centrally mounted. I drove to ski chalet and asked them to mount them for me. After skiing on on them on the last part of the season last year I began to think they are not centrally mounted. Here are some pictures. The binding does not look like it is mounted in the traditional mounting spot but in-between central and traditional. I have no idea what to do because when I asked about them this year they said they still are central but these pictures look otherwise. If these are not central would I be limited because of that or are they close enough to central I would not have a problem? One more thing, I was always put as a type 2 skier and last year I put type 3 because my bindings were always releasing when I landed switch off boxes or just small jumps. Should I move the setting to 3+? I'm only going to be throwing small things like 360s and 540s. What should I do? Sorry if I sound stupid I just really need some help, this has been bothering me forever.
