Replying to FS100 in the elements.
so i use an FS100 as a b cam nowadays. i shoot almost strictly action sports so obviously being out in less than ideal conditions is a factor... today i had a shoot and the camera got wet from rain... i for the most part had it covered when i was not shooting, i've been much harder on much cheaper cameras so i blew it off as nothing made sure no water collected, usual shit... i'm not sure if anyone else has dealt with this but i have water spots in the LCD display which obviously isnt the end of the world but its a distraction nonetheless... the thing works fine and shoots fine still, the only weird glitch of sorts is that now the camera starts to boot and then proceeds to shut down anytime a battery is installed even if the power switch is set to off... sorry for the confusing rant but just looking to see if any other FS100 owners (eheath) have experienced shit like this simply because i have only had the body for no more than 2 months...
