Mousseau Q&A Thread

I, unbeknownst to him now, have decided to do a q+a interview with the man himself, as hes been doing for the ski community. Hes asked so many questions to the athletes of our sport, but do we know enough about the interviewer himself?

This thread should work the same way his do. Ask questions, upvote other ones you like, and I will decide which ones to ask him once he finds out I'm interviewing him.

Revy, but I get around (if you know what I mean).

Question: How does it feel to go from being the NS intern a few years ago to where you are now... which I guess is the guy who gets to haze the new intern. What did you learn during your intern days getting hazed that help you in your new role of being the hazer.

Or something along those lines.

1. Why be a middleman/gatekeeper of these q&a threads? Why not just give the pro an orange name and let them answer the questions they want, undoubtedly leading to a more interactive back and forth. Are you embarrassed for them to read some of the posts? Is it to maintain that element of control and ownership?

2. I'm assuming you had a lot of influence over the NS print magazine taking your past into account, how do you justify that expenditure of NS' resources over improving the online experience everyone contributes to and uses?
