Shredsauce Controller problems

I've got a PS3 controller and I've followed everything on the shredsauce site for setting up the controller and it only partially functions. I can ride around and do flips but none of the grabs work and it's very hard to get and maintain speed.

Anyone have any solutions? +K to answers
