Replying to Bluehouse Maestro ski length help

I'm 5'11/180cm tall and weigh about 240lbs/109kg. I loose about 20ish lbs/9kg during ski season.

So I'm pretty sure I'm getting these skis (this years USA handmade) and am conflicted between 189 and 195. These are going to be my daily driver outside of the park and my powder skis. Now this is my first year out west coming from maine and if I were to ski these back east without a doubt in my mind I would say 189 due to the trees being so tight. I have the 195s in mind due to looking like there is way more space out here. Would I appreciate the extra length out here in the west or should I go for 189?
