Ninthward Ski Question

Hello

So for $280 NZ I can pick up a brand new pair of Ninthward HHP skis from levelninesports.com.

I'm 170cm tall so I'll buy the 172cm ones. These skis will be used purely for park skiing (lots of rails and small/medium jumps) at an indoor slope so I don't care what they carve like or anything, pretty much the only thing I care about is that they're durable.

So are they a durable ski? Will they last me a while for quite a long time or will they break on me in like the first month of skiing?

I think the HHP was the last to come out of the Elan factory before Ninthward moved production elsewhere. They will be very durable.

I'm thinking about the urban twin on L9 also. I heard that the top scratches real easy. For $180 i think i'm still getting mine. I've been looking all over for a good honest review and haven't found one. If you find any info reply.

Ive had the rds pro now for three seasons and they are still skiing fine. I did start to see topsheet damage pretty soon after i got them but i just filled the holes with epoxy and no big deal.

Ive heard very good things about ninthward durability. My brother had butterlicious and there was a minor edge tear out after 1 or 2 seasons but he doesnt really take care of his shit too well, I wouldnt be surprised if they were left out in the rain to rust.

funny thing is this thread probably wouldve been deleted like 5 years ago just for saying 9th

Yerp, they patched things up with NS and even advertised on here again... Shame the skis are awesome, but owner is pretty useless at running a company.
