Ik the reccomended brake width is 15 mm difference from waist of brake to ski

But can I use my 115 fks on 92 mm waist

The 115s should be okay. Just watch out for drag.

That will be a bit wide really. You will risk catching them and they will be a lot more likly to get damaged and on a binding like the fks where it's such a hassle to change the brake I would not risk it.
