Afton Alps in MN has a new terrain park!

At the end of last season Vail bought my local slopes and put $10 million into new features and improving the resort. These are the current plans for the new terrain park, I'm stoked!

a bit of the highlands and a bit of the alps. they have a pretty good park on highlands and are expecting to open more this friday/weekend. hopefully a jump? stoked.

I was there on sunday and they already were making a SHITLOAD of snow. they actually had the whole place covered. The new snowmaking works great, they just started late.

Every time I think of the Nybora team and how we practice at hyland, I find myself wishing we started out at Afton :(
