Video going viral

I posted a video to youtube yesterday and it start to go semi viral. I've had 3 companies contact me about licensing the video (they sell it to tv shows and stuff then give me a % of the money). They are ViralvideoUK, FailsworldMedia, and Jukin Video. Right now Jukin sounds like the best offer.

So does anybody have experience with this? Any advice?

I had viralvideoUK and another company contact me too and they seem pretty legit but if you try to negociate money with they they will just stop responding your e-mails aha. Just read the contract and if the don't take exclusive rights on your video theres nothing to loose !

Jukin Media is a fraud video licensing company
These guys (Jukin Media) are fake and don’t pay for video owners. Don’t sell your videos to these guys.
Ryan Toomes have email ID ryan@jukinmedia.com and he is fake?
He got my video after sending me the agreement form and now no contact from him.. I lost my money and video.

They are fraud and I am moving legal petition against them. They are just doing fraud things with their credibility. This type of media make losses for other network who do real business without cheating. Also, this decrease the credibility of US citizen.
Most people who report the issue from outside USA. They just claim the video using agreement and no response or money after agreement signed.
In my case, These guys said they will pay in 48 hours and I asked them to cancel the agreement since I got $2500 deal from Break.com. That time these guys said they already had deal with few other media who is ready to buy the video. They don’t allow or cancel the agreement.
Now I lost $2500 and video.
These guys are fucking crazy and cheaters.
Spread this news wherever you can. They are just fraud and took all your money from your videos.
