BortyThe best of gore( I couldn't help myself)
^ This picture was photo of the day on their website.
It's too easy. I wish I had pictures of "Big" and "Bigger".
I'm def going to stop by this year and hit the glades. Maybe hit the park a coupe times for nostalgia.
Don't hit the shotgun rail btw, that thing will kill you. ME and danetron bent it back using just out body weight. If you turn sideways on it, you're gonna have a bad time.

^ this was the picture I wanted to post. Holy shitstorm in the comments
Yeah man, pretty epic. Sums the place up fairly well IMO.
I want to get up there at some point. If I ever get a day off Id like to go for a day and nostalgia a bit. Preferably on a day where the trees are good, but that's doubtful this season.

d__hyeah about 40 of those comments are of me hahah. i saw you said something about the gaps being massive and they still haven't changed. this was put in this week.
BortyHoly shit, I need to save this more places. I think about this all the time. I always forget there are pictures of some of this stuff. You really can't make this shit up.
Word lolz. And yeah, there's some disconnect there. For some reason they associate huge gaps onto small features with being progressive.
Rather than have a huge gap onto a 14' like that, I'd rather have a small gap onto a 20+'er set in lower to the ground. Longer and more trickable, and also more inviting.
There's been a trend the last 5-10 years. Everything has gotten lower to the ground but longer and more technical. Sure a 1.5-2' rail might not look as epic a trick on a 3' rail, but it's those lower rails that are going to get hammered with people, and have lots of tricks thrown on them.
I'd rather have a feature that more people will hit/trick, than make something with a 12' gap on in a park where the level of riding is far below that. Even then, one or two large gaps is enough, beyond that I feel it's excessive.
Idk, just my opinion i guess.
