Contour Video Settings Question

I just got the contour roam 2 and I am not very tech savvy. I am having trouble switching the video quality settings right now, and the default quality is not very good. any help with switching to a better quality would be greatly appreciated and ++k of course.

howeverrrrrrr.... that doesn't work because they went out of business. Hope someone on here can help you out, because I don't think you're going to have much luck with contour themselves.

Get Contour story teller, you can change the settings for your camera in that, and choose what the hi-lo switch represents
I have my hi set at 1080 HD and Lo set at the action 720 as it offers the most FPS It's actually better than the 1080.
just my 2 cents.
Also adjust the light settings... Can't really figure out how to get it to work nice in direct sunlight... But for forest its awesome on the auto adjust setting.
If you figure out best setting for blue bird days let me know.

ok thanks, i had a contour before (an older model) so I have Contour story teller already on my computer. will i have to download it again, or can I use it for a different camera?

They only shut their doors and got rid of most their office staff.... Not actually shut down, you can still buy everything
