hi i want to learn flat 3's sometime soon but i'm worried that i will get the rotation wrong. i have tried it onto airbags and landed some but sometimes i do it weirdly and go into a bio or rodeo. i think the main way to stop this is to bring my knees to my chest but does anyone have any other tips?
My guess would be commit fully, be sure that you look uphill when you set it. Look uphill. Look uphill. If that fails, you can just do the other type flatspin which is more of a flip than a spin, set it as an off axis backflip or side flip set backwards.
think of a "diaganol" backflip over your left/right shoulder. Grabbing japan will help the rotation come around more naturally. Make sure u keep your head pointed at ur skis. Ur body follows your head so if u pull ur head out u will spin into an underflip 5 or something queer
