Replying to Best way to learn Adobe Premier.

Hey guys so I'm forced to switch to Adobe Premier Pro CS6 from Final Cut Pro.  Basically I am wondering what the best way to learn the program will be?  In your experience what is the most effective way to learn? Books? Online Tutorials? Just do it?  When I learned Final Cut I went through a bunch of tutorials in a book and it was super helpful.  That's the way I'm leaning, but if there is a cheaper or better solution it would be good to know.
