Whats the take on a great professional DSLR, Cannon 7D?? Looking for high FPS also.

As far as dslr video goes, t2i, t3i, t4i all do great! The next step up would be to fullframe which would be a great deal more expensive. If you can afford it, 7d, but honestly the rebel T series does great.

The impact of it's shots are striking, FPS is around 0,1.

Portability is an issue though.

Literally almost no difference from t4i accept price.

I personally have a t4i and have worked with t2i's and t3i's and I can honestly tell you that the difference in video quality between them all is very minimal. Although I am a fan of the flipout screen for getting high or low angles..

Its simple. If you are on a budget then get the t2i, if you want a flip out screen go for t3i or t4i.

An ARRI ALEXA mounted with an Angenieux's Optimo 24-290 f/2.5 will eat that little baby rebel as a light hors d'œuvre.

It's not much heavier either.

If u want an upgrade from say a t3i the upgrade would be a full frame and I would reccomend the 5d mkiii. But id say just get a cheap body like the t3i and invest in nicer glass. Glass affects image quality far more than body does

They clearly use a pair of matched Angenieux Optimo 30-80mm DP lenses on a pair of matched Sony F65's mounted to an Ovide 3D rig.

They spread the gear out and assemble on site.

You can easily take two Angenieux Optimo 24-290's in one backpack:

i know in network,weight and possibly even the eighty six stept used something very similar to this for large parts of their movies.

Hmm well you don't have many other options. Either you'll have to steal it and hire a team of illegal laborers or make your own. Other than that it looks like you'll have to be using a gopro
