Replying to Roommates moving to alta, looking for 2 new roommates near U of U.

My 2 roommates recently decided to move to Alta for the ski season so I am looking to replace them as soon as possible.

The lease would be under my name so there is no time commitment on your part; month to month is just fine (1 months notice is needed). Deposit is 300. As title states, rent is 300/month. Utilities include internet, electricity and gas. It comes out to about 380/month from each of the 3 roommates.

All of the main living areas are furnished including appliances, kitchenware, coffee table, tv, couch and dining table. Your individual room will have to be furnished by yourself.

Gorgeous 1905 victorian mansion. It is a quadplex. Our apartment would be on the top east side of building. Total of 8 people including our tenants in house. House is large enough that you will never hear neighbors. They are great/quiet neighbors. There is a washer and dryer in basement.

It is 25 min. to mouth of Little Cottonwood, close to Downtown, Sugarhouse, the U, and Westminster.

I'm a senior at the U working a bunch as well so you won't see me too often but I'm fine with parties and all that. Riding snowbird/backcountry exploits and down to carpool/shred together.
