Point me in the right direction.. ski boot question/??

soo.. about 4 years ago i had some spks, i reallly didnt enjoy them because i just had way to much room inside of them. they were the right size in length but were just to wide. i decided to get new boots 2 years ago so i got the full tilts(tom w), the first half of the season they felt fine but then i started to realize all these tension point in my boot.

some were in the ankle, others were under the my foot, i found myself going inside more often because my feet would freeze, and in the end it led to shorter days of skiing.  i dont want to go another year with this boot so i want to invest in a boot that will fit me properly with out having to buy other ones in 2 years again.  

based on the information that the spk and full titls didnt work .. what might be another brand or boot in specific that might offer me better comfort and performance
i ski all mountain, east coast and ride jmos
if any of you need more information just let me no please  thankss

Have you ever seen a boot fitter? That should fix all your problems in one trip because he can actually figure out which boot fucking fits you.

i actually got both those boots fitted with a boot fitter, so obviously some boot fitters just try to sell you on a product rather then actually caring if it fits or not

so before i go see another boot fitter i want to go with a understanding off boot shapes and fits

There is hundreds of different boot shapes. Usually the manufacture has the same fit across the line, USUALLY.

Go to a boot fitter, walk in there and tell him what you want. IE, I want a boot that fits well like its supposed to and softer flex for park or whatever you're going to ski with it. Don't ask for a boot that fits your foot in the Full Tilt brand or SPKs, unless those actually fit your fucking feet.

Everyone has a personal preference on how they want their boot to fit. My ideal; and possibly other peoples, is to have my heel slip and fit nicely in the pocket. When you're in the skiing stance the heel in the pocket should just take the pressure off your toes against the front of the boot, not completely give you wiggle room.

Getting boots that fit take time. Find a pair that fits well, put them on and walk around for 30 or 45 minutes. Look at skis, chat with the babes, take a poop. Whatever. But walk around, flex the boots, make sure your feet are comfy.

Most shops will offer custom fit work on the boots if you purchase from them so make sure to point out to the fitter every concerning thing about the boots. Hot spots, pressure, etc. He may put you in a different pair or be able to fix the problem with the boot.

Most of all take your time, pay attention to how your feet feel, and don't go for a certain brand because they look cool or everyone has a pair. Most "kids" on this site that have boots like Full Tilts or SPKs don't need that boot because they don't fucking fit.

It's better to have a Lange race boot that fits fucking perfect than a Full Tilt park boot that is sloppy as fuck.

Sounds like you have not had a custom footbed. That should be the first thing to try. I imagine as the liner in the ft has bedded in it has allowed your foot to pronate hence the pain on the ankle. Also having no surport under the medial arch can lead to real pressure on the forefoot. Custom footbeds are essential for a good fit and any one fitting boots without them is not a boot fitter. There is no way to fit the boot without a custom footbed.

It may be te ft can still work for you so take them to a good fitter and see wether the boot is about the right shape for you. If it is get the footbeds made and you may be good to go.

Brand wise go sidas and avoid superfeet.

Some good advice but there is no way you should keep boots on 45 min. A good fitter needs the foot in the boot no more then 3-4 mins. Most of the fitting is determined by the shell check and trying it on is just to allow the customer to get an idea how they feel. When I fit pros I sometimes don't even get them to try them on as I know exactly what beds doing just by seeing the foot in the shell

I've always left my boots on for 30 minutes or so. I believe walking around and flexing them gives me a better idea of feel and where they're gonna need adjustments. Unfortunately for me my left foot is in between a C and D and my right foot is almost an E width. Just a personal thing I guess. I do agree though a fitter who knows their shit should have you fit and happy within 10-15 minutes.
