NYC Bladers, a Skater, and a BMXer on the snow for their first time
I hope it isn't a problem any more but some of the shops used to be terrible at setting up boards. Between getting a board mounted by a shop once or twice when I started or teaching 10 years ago I've seen some horrific setups.
Their feet only 1 foot a part it seemed on some(as if they drilled extra fucking holes to make the stance even shadier) Or both feet pointing forward massively like a slalom board on a standard board.
Hopefully that's changed and peoples bad setups are their own faults but who knows. Hell there are still mountains that have leash laws to ride the lift.
Haha yeah man I wasn't responsible for that, my boy let us borrow his board, his set-up was ghetto as fuck and he's not even from where were from(Uptown). Pardon us city folk...lol
