How Do Sample pieces work??

I never understood how people got samples and i want to know

I'm not sure. But from my understanding it is a line that is made in one size and then given to a team member to test then eventually gets passed through the line until someone decides to sell it for twice its worth since a pro possibly wore it at one point.

I also heard a couple years back that BD talks all their shit and throws it in the dumpster out back when they fuck up production. Jackets, pants, gloves all just chillin in the dumpster with a couple fucked up seams.

That's just a rumor though.

Companies make samples of their products to show the buyers so the buyers will decide what they want, and buy said products. but they will all be one size, for example large t shirts, size 9 shoes, 27 ski boots.
Some times the reps will buy the samples from the companies, some times the reps just get given the samples.
Then they will usually have sample sales, usually lots of different companies at once. Usually the products are very cheap because the reps paid nothing/next to nothing for them. So if you happen to be a sample size, large shirts, size 9 shoes etc you are in luck.
