Let's see. Are you using your hips too much? You want to use your hips to guide you through it, but also tuck in a bit if you aren't grabbing to kind of initiate getting back on axis. Sorry, pretty basic help but hopefully it helps you out.
Tuck is critical. Also, don't throw it back so much, focus extremely hard on just dropping your shoulder hard (the left shoulder if you spin left). It should come around like magic, but typically landing forward is a result of not quite getting the cork around. Best advice- huck and tuck.
