Snow the game

okay so i got snow and i have a few questions.

How do you ski backwards?

How can i use the bronze skis and outfit i got for early access?

is there a way to make it run faster and make it so its not in full screen and is there a way to change the controls?

and lastly, am i the only one who is spinning very slowly?
