Difference between the seth morrisons full tilts and the orrigional

I cant figure out why the recommended use is free ride, and all mtn. besides the stiffer tongue and different buckles, what are the main differences. Thanks

Not sure which boot your comparing the Seth to, do you mean the classic? If so it a totally differnt shell. The Seth uses the new shell with replaceable heel an toe and an updated toe box and the classic uses the old shell.

and the new classic boot. do you think this seth would still be a good park boot If I got a softer tongue

The difference Better liner Stiffer tongue Metal buckles If you want to use it for park just throw a softer tongue on it. It will perform better than the cheaper liner

As I said above they are differnt shells. Defiantly go with the Seth. The shell will last you longer as you can replace the heel and toe.

Really tht is the main reason, don't really even bother to compare the old shell it's not worth it. The first chair is the other to compare it too but you get the active boot board in the Seth so that will be better in the park. The 8 tounge will prob be fine too it's maybe a 110 flex which I pretty soft.

why look to do all that with a boot that isnt suited for you? look to the Nordica Ace line if you want a performance last and a variety of options. Its a better boot for the money for sure. also check out the tecnica cochise 90 as well. has a nice hike mode for walking up to hit that flat box you spend all day on.

the seth is a badass boot...i'm riding last years. it isn;t a park boot though - stick with classic or booter, b&e and save some cash. go for the seth when you are riding big lines and want a stiffer boot. the ace is very comparable to the seth - super nice boot too but a lot heavier and the flex isn't as natural. i spent a few seasons on them before the seth. go to a bootfitter though for sure

what do you mean you can replace to toe and heel? you mean the rubber soles on the boot or what?
