Hey, I'm new to NS and tried to upload a profile pic - doesn't seem to save? Any help? :)

or are you talking about the picture that goes before every post?

Lets get serious - there's a difference between not working and a confusing user interface.

I believe that the profile picture fits mostly under the latter category.

Hell, I'd explain to you how to change it but I actually don't even think I know.

I was using the same spot as always but it didn't work. IT would load your picture then nothing would happen. IT would never show up as changed and if you refreshed it your old picture was still there.

I tried multiple different formats. Even resized the pics super small to see if maybe my picture was too big. Nothing. Then all the sudden a couple days ago I tried it to see if anything had changed and the same picture I had been trying to upload worked.

Not sure what was going on bu it seems to be better.
