I’m about to graduate from college in Denver and I’m looking to live in a somewhat small ski town. The front range of Colorado is not what I’m looking for. I've had the Epic pass for 4 years and it is to flat for me. I am from SLC and this is my first year not having a Snowbird pass. I almost shit my pants realizing that I’m not skiing a mountain I've skied since I was two. Since I was 18 I had an Alta/bird pass and picked up a PC season pass when I was 14-18. Now that I am older I can only afford one pass. There is no way I am ready to move back home to SLC. I LOVE SLC, but been there, done that for too long. I love Denver but I want to live in a smaller town now, one that is close to the mountains.
What ski towns have steep and deep and you know.. all that good stuff..? I've skied Jackson and Targhee. They are really sick just like the bird and alta. But I’m ready for an adventure, live somewhere that I haven’t skied, and a place that has a good ski town feel to it. It’s probably a place called dream land since I am being pretty picky.
It would be great if you could list a steep mountain and a small description about the town.
Cheers!
