I'm sorry but it's October. If you know anything about weather it don't really matter if it's a La Niña or El Niño anything can happen. the only thin you can count in the PNW is that it's gona rain. Weather is extremey hard to predict a week out. Let alone for a whole season.
Also some of the best and worst seasons historically have been during an ENSO neutral cycle. So the best prediction is to say that at some point it will probably snow. It might be a little, it might be a lot.
