Replying to Workout Routine
Just started working out again. I'm 5"8 140lbs tryna get to 160 in the next 6 months. I've read alot online about working out/what to eat ect.
day 1. chest tris
day2. back bicepts
day 3. shoulders legs abs
Repeat
Just wondering what nsers routines look like/tips on eating/lifing/websites ect
