On July 31, I sent willms my money for his airbrakes over paypal. After a while passed I texted him and he replied just saying it was a goof up and he will get them out soon. Another few weeks pass by and he tells me they got returned due to bad handwriting and he says he will ship them. I wait another few weeks pass by still nothing so I text him and he responds telling me he has been super busy and he is in the process of moving so he will send them the next day with a tracking number. So then he tells me he sent them but i never get a tracking number. A few weeks pass still no goggles. So now I am trying to text him and he won't reply. The messed up thing is that I bought pants from him before without any issues. So now that it has been a few months I am sick of waiting and Im concerned I will never get my goggles. I have his number and address. If anyone knows him or can help me get a hold of him please pm me or comment. thanks so much.

anybody know what i should do? i have his cell number, his address and i found his and his moms Facebook. I called him the other day and he hung up after like 3-4 rings.

You could try to do a PayPal chargeback.  There is a limit though, something like 125 days after the date of payment max.

Shut the fuck up dude, if you really had all that going on and couldn't ship out then you shouldn't have agreed to the deal in the first place. Don't make excuses and act like it was his fault for calling you out, grow a pair and admit that you're the one who fucked up.

If you still want your goggles, WTF, if a month passes and you still have the goods do they become yours again? Also, OP has every right to be pissed as fuck, YOU are the one who has not sent the shit and will not respond to his texts/PMs. Best thing you can do to try to make amends is ship those goggles out A fucking SAP.

I found it funny that as soon as I txt willms, being near by, he goes back onto ns.... And not much is adding, up you said you didn't work Saturdays till 3 weeks ago, that means you had like two months of Saturdays to ship..... I'm glad you came forward and will hopefully do the right thing. Not trying to be a dick just contributing to the situation.

NS should require members to be old enough to ship shit themselves. Ive seen 3 callout threads in 3 days..all due to mommy being unable to ship an item. Hope you get this resolved dude. Willms, no hate..just make sure the deals you do are a priority. People pay good earned money for their goods, and shouldnt wait a couple months.
