Replying to Roommate(s) needed Keystone Nov 1st-May 1st

Alright, so basically my aunt and uncle own a 1 bedroom place at the Slopeside Lodge in Keystone. It is a 10 minute walk from the mountain house and there are shuttles to get over to river run etc constantly. Me, my gf (coming in Jan.) and another couple were gonna rent the place out from them for the winter. Well, long story short the other couple bailed on me and I can't afford the place by myself...So I need a Roommate!

The place is a 1 bedroom with a small kitchen and big sitting room/living room whatever. The room has a queen bed but the ceiling is 14' and the walls are only 8'. In the main room there is also a murphy bed and a pullout. The plan was that the other couple would have the room and we'd have the murphy, but now that they've backed out I'm happy to do either one. I don't mind if its a guy or girl, or a couple. Anything is fine for me, all that matters is that we can live together. To live with me you have to keep any of your mess to your space (be clean in common areas do dishes etc), being respectful to one another, and you have to be 420 friendly...Other than that I've had loads of random roommates before and I know an NSer would be sick to live with.
